Sleep is one of the biggest challenges for families in the early years — and it affects everyone in the household. At Baby Village, our Holistic Sleep Coaching sessions are designed to provide gentle, practical guidance that looks at the whole child and the whole family.

We know that sleep is not just about routines. It’s influenced by a range of factors — nutrition, development, environment, emotional wellbeing, and connection. Our holistic approach respects each baby’s unique needs and helps parents create healthy, sustainable sleep habits without resorting to “one-size-fits-all” solutions.

Group Sessions – Little Dreamers

  • Format: Tuesday Mornings 9am – 11am

  • Duration: 8 weeks

  • Structure: Each week explores a different sleep topic, from newborn sleep patterns to bedtime routines, nutrition and sleep, developmental leaps, night waking, and beyond.

  • Benefit: Learn alongside other moms, share experiences, and build confidence with the support of a community.

One-on-One Coaching

  • By Arrangement

  • Available both in person and online.

  • Focused on your family’s specific needs and circumstances.

  • Tailored strategies to support you and your baby — whether it’s night waking, short naps, or settling difficulties.
